Our Story
Dr. Avrom Appleman bought his first home in SE Minneapolis in 1973 for $14,000. He was an unemployed PHD student at the U of M. In nearly 50 years, his company, MNhomeoffer has purchased over 300 properties.
Dr. Avrom make sellers smile. What a relief to sell your home “as is.” Dr. Avrom has excellent renovated skills after rebuilding his home on Lake of the Isles that nearly burned down in 2014. He nearly won the award of “show case home” in Twin Cities magazine.
Avrom provide no pressure sales appointments.
MNHomeoffer believes in giving back to the community. Profits from MNHomeoffer go to CubanoGallery for humanitarianism in Cuba; The Gertrude and Hyman Appleman Endowment Fund for Disadvantage Children; as the well as St. Phillips Deacon Church in Plymouth.
