Our Story
Dr. Avrom Appleman, CEO, bought his first home in SE Minneapolis in 1973 for $14,000. He was an unemployed PHD student at the U of M. In nearly 50 years, MN Home Offer has purchased over 300 properties.
Dr. Avrom has excellent renovation skills after rebuilding his home on Lake of the Isles that nearly burned down in 2014. This home was a finalist for the “Show Case Home of the Year” in Twin Cities Magazine.
What a relief it is to sell your home “as is.” Avrom provides no pressure sales appointments.
MN Home Offer believes in giving back to the community. Profits from MN Home Offer go to Cubano Gallery for humanitarianism in Cuba, The Gertrude and Hyman Appleman Endowment Fund for Disadvantage Children, as the well as St. Phillips Deacon Church in Plymouth.
